Wanderlust Properties LLC, doing business as Wanderlust Stays, operates wanderluststays.com, a direct-booking site for two vacation homes in Washington: the Queen Anne house in Seattle and the Sasquatch Retreat at Snoqualmie Pass. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean Wanderlust Properties LLC. The name "Wanderlust Stays" is the brand name used on this site; the legal operator is Wanderlust Properties LLC. Contact us at staywithwanderlust@gmail.com or (425) 677-4424.
Booking and inquiry information. When you check availability, start a booking, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, travel dates, guest count, and messages to us.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout pages and are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Site use. This site does not require an account. No analytics or other third-party tracking tool runs on this site today. Stripe checkout and third-party links may set their own cookies; see "Third-party services" below. If we add an analytics or other third-party tool in future, we will update this policy to name it and describe what it collects before it goes live.
We share only what is needed to run a booking: payment processing with Stripe, and booking dates (not guest personal details) in the calendar feeds used to block dates on Airbnb and Vrbo. We do not sell your personal information.
This site links to third parties, including Viator for experiences and, once live, Ticketmaster and Vivid Seats for event tickets. If you click one of those links, that company's privacy policy applies to your visit and purchase. Some of those links are affiliate links: if you book through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are labelled as such on the site.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. The standard periods we use are:
We may keep information longer where a dispute, claim, or legal obligation is open. Booking dates shared in calendar feeds to block dates on Airbnb and Vrbo contain no guest personal details.
You can ask us to correct, update, or delete your booking information by emailing staywithwanderlust@gmail.com. We may need to keep booking records for the 7-year period above for legal or tax reasons even after a deletion request.
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version on this page. In particular, we will update this policy before any analytics or other third-party tool is added to the site.
This policy is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice.
