These terms apply to direct bookings made through wanderluststays.com for the Queen Anne house in Seattle and the Sasquatch Retreat at Snoqualmie Pass, operated by Wanderlust Properties LLC, doing business as Wanderlust Stays. Contact: staywithwanderlust@gmail.com, (425) 677-4424.
Nightly rates vary by date and are shown on the calendar before you book. The total shown at checkout includes the nightly total, a $230 cleaning fee per stay, and an extra-guest fee of $30 per extra guest, per night, for guests beyond 4. Taxes are charged on the nightly total plus the cleaning fee plus any extra-guest fees: 16.56% for Seattle and 10.30% for Snoqualmie Pass. Payment is taken through Stripe at booking.
Direct bookings in Seattle are for up to 20 guests; Snoqualmie bookings are for up to 9 guests in the base-house configuration. Guest counts above the booked number, or unregistered overnight guests, may be charged the extra-guest fee and, if the house capacity is exceeded, may lead to cancellation of the stay without refund.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM on your arrival date, at both properties. Check-out is before 11:00 AM on your departure date, at both properties. Please follow the check-out instructions in your confirmation.
Cancellations follow the Firm policy shown at checkout:
The cleaning fee is refunded in full in both the 24-hour window and the 50% window, and is not refunded after the cutoff — it is never partially refunded. Taxes are refunded on the refunded portion only. Extra-guest fees follow the nightly refund tier.
By booking directly, you authorise Wanderlust Properties LLC to charge the payment method used for your booking, or otherwise on file, up to $3,000 for documented damage to the home, its furnishings, or its contents, excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover, or missing items, caused during your stay by you or your guests. The booking guest is the responsible party for the whole group.
This is a card-on-file authorisation, not an upfront charge: no damage amount is taken at booking, and nothing is charged unless damage, excessive cleaning, or a missing item is documented after your stay. It is also not a Stripe authorisation hold — a card hold typically expires in about 7 days, so it cannot cover a booking made months ahead or damage found after check-out. The card-on-file model is the same process used on our Vrbo listing.
Normal wear and tear is not charged. To avoid being charged for pre-existing damage, please report any damage you find within 24 hours of check-in.
How a damage charge is handled:
If you disagree with a charge, please contact us first at staywithwanderlust@gmail.com so we can review the documentation together.
